It is natural to narrow your thinking as you go deep with an idea. Mitigating “tunnel vision” is part of the creative process. As you get further along becoming more constrained in your approach is how you make progress. However, if you get ahead of yourself, find yourself producing mediocre work, or are altogether stuck without a solid concept - then you may need help breaking out of a rut.

Maybe I could do better. “I’m never pleased with myself. I always think I’m lazy and that I could do better. Time passes so quickly. For me to sit and sketch quietly on my own is a luxury.
